JegaAi is an independent, third-party AI assistant built for Elite RCM / LION'S team members' own internal use — answering questions using each member's own linked data (royalty, sponsor, team information). It is
not an official product, service, or communication channel of RCM (RCM Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd.), and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the company. For official RCM information, use
rcmworld.com directly.
2. AI-generated answers
JegaAi's answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Always independently verify anything important — especially financial figures, royalty/commission amounts, or anything you plan to act on. JegaAi is provided "as is," with no warranty of accuracy.
3. Acceptable use
By using JegaAi, you agree not to use it to:
- Generate or request unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
- Impersonate any person, business, or the RCM organization itself.
- Attempt to access another user's account, data, or RCM records.
- Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or content moderation.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute JegaAi's outputs or underlying data at scale without permission.
Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended. Queries and account activity are logged (see the Privacy Policy) and may be reviewed if misuse is suspected.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Register with a genuine name and email — Elite RCM / LION'S team members should use the email registered with RCM, since that's how RCM-specific answers get linked to your own data.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
